Good news for WRAP practitioners and aspiring facilitators. WRAP group discussions and orientations are returning to PEERS this month! Keep reading to learn all you need to know about when and how the program will return.
Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) is a structured system used to self-manage mental health. It is an empowering process involving mutual sharing of stories, ideas and insights. WRAP Group Discussions
WRAP Group Discussions at PEERS will start up the week of August 15th with a mix of virtual and in-person meetings. While we’re still finalizing our plans for the weekly group discussions, we did want to share some of details we have available at this time.
Virtual meetings will continue on Zoom, as they have over the past two years. We plan on hosting a number of groups throughout the week. Here are the details for some of the virtual meetings:
Additionally, we’re excited to hold in-person meetings for the first time since March 2020. However, details for in-person meetings are still being finalized. WRAP Group Orientations
Our introductory orientations for WRAP® will resume on August 25th from 10 am to 12 pm. This is a great opportunity to learn more about WRAP® or get a refresher on the topic. These sessions will continue virtually on Zoom for the time being. Interested individuals are invited to register on Zoom at this link.
