WRAP Group Discussion
10 am – 12 pm
​
Wellness Recovery Action Plan, or WRAP, is a proven, evidence-based approach to creating a personal wellness plan that’s unique to you. We go over wellness strategies and offer one another support in these sessions. There are WRAP Group Discussions throughout the week, so keep scrolling to find other times.

Buried in Treasure
1:30 pm – 3:30 pm

Minimize clutter and take back control of your living space with Buried in Treasure. We’ll show you proven steps to address over cluttering and offer guidance as you go on this journey.

Note: This is a closed group that is not currently accepting applications. If you’re interested in joining a future cohort, reach out to Zakiya at zjohnson@peersnet.org.

We know that starting a new thing can be daunting. That’s why we invite you to our Monthly WRAP Orientation. Our facilitators Steve and Portia will walk you through the basics of the WRAP program and what you can expect in future sessions.

Special Messages
12 pm – 2 pm

Do you hear voices or have extraordinary experiences? Then join us for Special Messages. This is a safe space where you can share these experiences with others that have gone through similar events. This is a completely free group that meets online.
