Rosalind Smith
Rosalind Smith is an Executive Operations professional with over 12 years of experience working in the health and wellness industry. She is especially passionate about working in the non-profit sector. Having benefited firsthand from social services herself, Rosalind feels inspired about using her life experiences as fuel to help empower others. Driven by a vision of a world that prioritizes mental healthcare, she is motivated to continue working towards increasing advocacy for wellness programs, eliminating mental health stigma, and encouraging equitable access to care for all.
Rosalind graduated from the University of Portland with a BS in Biology, while also competing as a Div. 1 NCAA Cross-Country and Track and Field scholarship-athlete. After nearly a decade of living in Seattle, she has recently moved to NYC where she is pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology. Having grown up in the East Bay area, Oakland holds a special place in her heart. Rosalind is thrilled to join PEERS as a Board member where she can continue to give back to her hometown community in support of mental health wellness for all. |
