Kesha Hackett

Kesha (Kay) Hackett is a Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience working in various sectors. She is currently working at United Airlines as the Human Resources and Employee Relations Manager. Kay is passionate about mental health and has personal experience with family members and other loved ones who have struggled due to a lack of education and proper support. When Kay learned about PEERS at an outreach event, she felt connected to the mission because of her personal experience with her loved ones.  She would like to fill a gap within the current board by offering her HR and organizational development expertise. Kay enjoys volunteering and connecting with nonprofit organizations to help solve challenges. Kesha has a BS in Organizational Behavior and Leadership, University of San Francisco, and an MS in Human Resources Management, Golden Gate University.
