Ana Agredano
Ana Agredano (she/her) supports the PEERS Teens & Young Adult Program (TYA) and Youth Collective as a Program Coordinator at PEERS. Ana hopes that the TYA Program can be a safe place where youth can come together as individuals with diverse lived experiences and share a space to reflect, learn, grow, and build community. Ana’s goal for the TYA Program is to assist and connect youth in a way that is rooted in recognizing lived experiences, diversity, intersectionality, and community wellness. She admires the work PEERS does for and with the community and is excited for the growth and knowledge that will come with being a part of PEERS.
Ana is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare and a minor in Public Policy. Born and raised in East Oakland, Ana has been passionate about social justice, well-being, and the empowerment of our communities from an early age. Ana has a professional background coordinating and supporting youth programs as well as advocating for immigration rights and families impacted by the child welfare system. Inspired by her family and community, Ana hopes to continue to serve and empower our community through her work. |
