Trudie Giordano is PEERS Executive Director who is passionate about advocating for underserved populations. Her education and work experiences include creating pathways of social mobility and self-sufficiency for those experiencing poverty and discrimination.
She has over 10 years’ experience administering publicly funded programs and has obtained the PMP (Project Management Professional) certification covering both predictive and adaptive project management techniques in a variety of organizational types. Since becoming a Master Clinical Hypnotherapist in 2002, she has assisted people of all ages to increase resilience, manage change and create transformation in their lives. Additionally, she has done volunteer work, serving as a youth mentor and a crisis hotline operator.
She particularly enjoys the satisfaction of connecting people to needed resources and linking community providers to each other, to create or improve upon systems and processes. In her downtime, she loves taking in the beautiful nature of the Bay Area and spending time with her daughter, dog and two cats.
