This is my first time hearing about PEERS', I picked up a flyer at an office Downtown Oakland. I just finished watching the PEERS' video, and I am encouraged. Thanks!

I wish I had found out about Peers years ago. The isolation I felt when I thought I was the only one feeling the overwhelming burden of being 'different' kept me housebound for years. Blessings on all you people who spread the word and advocate for those of us who can't. Maggie

Thank you to everyone for investing your time, energy and personal stories to move our culture toward - as your introduction says - "nothing about us without us." Excuse me if I misquoted. My best wishes in this amazing endeavor.

Thank you to all for your energy, strength and personal stories. I especially appreciate the introduction line to the video "nothing about us without us". (Excuse me if I misquoted). Your P.E.E.R.S. organization could be a national model. During my life I have been hospitalized (before the word "institutionalized") became the jargon used to define us. Keep up your great, inspiring work.
