Shery Mead, a sought after international speaker and the author of three books, is an expert trainer who focuses on trauma-informed peer support, warmline skills, peer-run crisis alternatives, co-supervision, and facilitation.

While hosting a trauma-informed peer support workshop in Oakland in April 2011, Shery tells her story and why she is passionate about her work.
