NPR's News & Notes kicks off a new series on mental health. Listen to insight on mental illness and racial disparities in mental health care from Dr. Annelle Primm — director of minority and national affairs for the American Psychiatric Association — and Dr. William Lawson, professor and chairman of the department of psychiatry at Howard University College of Medicine.
