Change Media Messages! The messages we are exposed to in the media are important in influencing our ideas and feelings about people, and inaccurate portrayals of people with mental health issues are extremely common in television, movies, books, and online media.
This prong will include media outreach and messaging that is culturally and linguistically accessible and correcting inaccurate and negative stereotypes.
