In partnership with Alameda County's 10x10 Wellness Campaign, PEERS is proud to present the WRAP for Health Conference featuring Keynote Speaker Mary Ellen Copeland, PhD.
The Wellness Recovery Action Plan®, or WRAP®, is an evidence-based practice used worldwide by people who are dealing with mental or general health challenges and by those who want to attain the highest possible level of wellness. Learn about the Eight Dimensions of Wellness and how WRAP® can improve the health literacy and outcomes for individuals in all care settings.
