0

The state of California has the largest homeless population in the country. In Alameda County, 20 percent of those living on the streets have a mental health challenge. Mental Health and Wellness Radio Host Jenee Darden speaks with Zack Olmstead, Homeless Policy Director for Housing California. Olmstead explains proposed legislation that aims to provide more affordable housing in California and why he thinks it can impact homeless mental health consumers.
